ELEMENTS OF CREATIVE WRITING

FRIDAY 10:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

This class introduces students to basic foundations of fiction writing. Frequent writing exercises and assignments will provide students the opportunity to produce their stories. Students will come out of the course with creative strengths, as well as strong writing and vocabulary skills.

INTRO TO GREEK MYTHOLOGY

FRIDAY 9:00 A.M. - 10:30 A.M.

This introductory class provides an overview of classical Greek mythology and its relationship to past and contemporary cultures. Students will tackle reading materials aimed to strengthen reading comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills. This course will also be heavy on class discussions to help students develop strong interpersonal communication skills.
